1. Ginger tea

– 150 g of sea-buckthorn,
– 2 tbsp. of black tea,
– 2 tbsp. of honey,
– 500 ml of water.
The berries of sea buckthorn should be well washed, 2/3 of the portion should be mashed. Make the sea buckthorn puree, add the remaining berries and black tea into the kettle. Pour it all with the boiling water, wrap and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Finished tea pours through a strainer, adding honey to taste.
3. Moroccan mint tea with cinnamon

– 500 ml of water.
Cut the orange and lemon zest into strips, put some mint right in the teapot. In the kettle also add 2 cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange and lemon peel, sliced lemon or lime, ginger, 2 slices of brown sugar, 3 teaspoons of tea and pour the boiling water.
4. Briar with honey tea

– 15 g of honey,
– 5 g of lemon juice,
