Pepper yellow 500 g
Horseradish 30 g
Ginger 30 g
Salt 1.5 tbs
Sugar 1,5 tbs
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Grape vinegar 2 tbs
Step 1. Remove the seeds and defects from the yellow pepper, cut into large pieces and fold into a bowl.
Step 2. With the help of a vegetable peeler, brush the horseradish, cut it into small sticks. Using a peeler and a knife, brush the ginger, cut it into circles. Add the ginger and horseradish to the pepper.

White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 50 ml
Lime juice 25 ml
Anchovies 2 pieces
Pepper spicy 1 pc
Fresh ginger 1 pcs.
Garlic 1 denticle
Cinnamon sticks 0.5 pcs
Onion 0.5 pcs
Mustard in beans 1,5 tbsp.
Salt 1.5 tbsp.
Pepper black peas 0,5 tbsp.
Carnation 0.25 tsp.
Curry 0.25 tsp.
Cardamom 3 pieces.
Step 1. In a small saucepan you should put everything except sugar.
Step 2. Put it on the fire and bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3. At the same time, you should melt the sugar and bring it to a dark amber color.
Step 4. Put the caramel into the sauce, cook for another 5 minutes, then pour all the items into a glass jar.
Step 5. Send it to the fridge and leave for 3-4 weeks, not forgetting to mix 1-2 times a week.
