There are numerous recipes for Italian pasta. The recipe for Italian pasta at home can include the use of completely different ingredients. Someone makes such a dish with minced meat, someone prefers Italian pasta with mushrooms, someone uses some vegetables. In any case, the properly prepared Italian pasta turns out to be very nourishing and tasty.
The most popular are the Carbonara paste, pasta Bolognese, pasta with seafood, pasta with shrimps, pasta with chicken, pasta with mushrooms and chicken, pasta with cheese. Nevertheless, we often confuse paste with sauce. The Italian pasta is prepared according to strict rules: pasta should be slightly undercooked the sauce is prepared separately, use only olive oil. All on all, cooking Italian pasta is a creative process. You can create your own pasta recipe yourself, for example, cooking an original spaghetti sauce. But if you want to please your beloved people with classic pasta, have a look at the following recipes.
But before you start here are a few tips about preparing Italian pasta:
1) when preparing the pasta, use a lot of water for cooking;
2) for your dish use only pasta made from solid wheat varieties durum;
3) If the recipe for pasta provides for the use of a tomato, remove the peel from it, previously poured boiling water.
Recipe 1. Italian pasta with salmon and shrimps

Pasta 0.5 Kg
Salmon 400 G
Shrimps peeled 400 G
Zucchini 1 Piece
Garlic 3 small parts
Cream 400 millilitres
Basil and oregano To taste
Parmesan 50 Grammes
Salt and pepper To taste
Olive oil To taste
Step 1. Take the fillet of the salmon and cut into large pieces, then take zucchini and cut into small cubes, peel garlic and cut into thin plates.
Step 2. Cook the pasta in salted water with the addition of olive oil for 3-5 minutes, it should be undercooked, like we have already mentioned.
Step 3. Heat the frying pan with olive oil, spread the garlic, fry it until the pleasant aroma appears, after that spread the salmon cuts and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 4. The shrimps should be already peeled, add them to the salmon and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 5. Pour the sliced zucchini, mix and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 6. Pour the cream into salmon, prawns and zucchini, mix well.
Step 7. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Step 8. Pour some water into the frying pan, in which you cook the pasta, mix again, cook on low heat under the closed lid for 5 minutes.
Step 9. Add the cooked pasta to the pan to the rest of the products, mix and heat for 1 minute, after that put everything in portions and decorate with grated parmesan, fresh basil and oregano.
Recipe 2. Italian pasta with chicken and broccoli
Pasta with chicken and broccoli is a simple and fast-cooking dish of Italian cuisine. Minimum fuss and dirty dishes, only 20 minutes of cooking – and a great dish is in your plate!
Pasta 400 Gr
Broccoli 1 Piece
Chicken fillet 500 Gr
Olive oil 1 tbs
Spices – To taste
Milk 200 Millilitres
Butter 2 tbs.
Grated cheese 150 grammes
Step 1. Broccoli should be sorted into inflorescences and cut into small pieces.
Step 2. In the saucepan, bring the water to boiling.
Step 3. In the salted water put the pasta.
Step 4. Immediately after the pasta put the broccoli into the water.
Step 5. Now cook until the pasta is almost ready.
Step 6. Mix pasta with broccoli and put in a colander.
Step 7. Meanwhile, cut chicken fillet is into pieces.
Step 8. Warm up the olive oil in the frying pan. Put there the pieces of chicken.
Step 9. Add salt, pepper and cuts. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes, until it will be covered with a light crust.
Step 10. As soon as the chicken is browned, add warm milk to the frying pan.
Step 11. There also add broccoli and pasta.
Step 12. Now add grated cheese (tge best one is Parmesan, but any other hard cheese will do).
Step 13. Stir and cook for3-4 minutes until the chicken is ready and the rest of the ingredients too.

Recipe 3. Italian pasta with ham and mushrooms
Very simple and accessible to each culinary recipe based on Italian cuisine. Italian pasta with ham and mushrooms is an excellent dish for a family dinner or even for a romantic meal.
Pasta 300 Grammes
Champignons 250-300 Grammes
Ham 200-250 grammes
Onion 1 Piece
Olive oil 2 tbs.
Sour Cream 150 grammes
Salt, pepper to taste
Step 1. Put a pot of water on the stove to cook the pasta, and now take care of the other ingredients. Mushrooms should be thoroughly rinsed, as well as possible, then cut.
Step 2. Peel the onion and finely chop it.
Step 3. Ham can slice as you like: in straws or cubes.
Step 4. Heat the frying pan with olive oil and put onions in it. Fry for a little more than an average of 3-4 minutes.
Step 5. Then add the mushrooms to the onion and fry stirring until the liquid evaporates.
Step 6. Add the ham to the mushrooms. And fry for 5-7 minutes. Do not forget to mix well.
Step 7. Check if the water in the pan has already begun to boil. Add salt then and cook the paste according to the instructions on the package. And add the sour cream to the frying pan and reduce the fire to a minimum. If necessary, add salt to taste.
Step 8. Now divide the boiled paste into a colander, let all the liquid drain off. Well, now it is possible to add contents of the frying pan in the pan with pasta and to mix them. Or you can spread the pasta on plates and put the ham with mushrooms and tender sauce on top.
Step 9. Decorate the Italian pasta with basil leaves and enjoy!
