  2. Over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan.

  3. Turn the meat over and continue cooking for another two to three minutes

  4. Take the steak out of the pan and put it to one side.

  5. In the same pan, melt the remaining butter.
    To soften the onion and garlic, cook for two to three minutes.

  6. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they release their liquid.
