● Pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
● Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper in a
shallow dish.
● In a small mixing dish, combine the egg and milk.
● Another small dish should be filled with flour. -
Dip each pork slice in the flour, then the egg mixture, and lastly the breadcrumb
mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs to adhere. -
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each
side, or until golden brown and cooked through, before adding the pork cutlets. -
Remove the cutlets from the pan and lay them on a plate lined with paper towels to
absorb any leftover oil. -
Serve the cutlets with your favorite side dish right away.

The cutlets may alternatively be baked or grilled. Preheat the oven to 375°F and arrange the cutlets on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until well done.
